Café Populaire, known as "café pop" or "popu" to those familiar with the place, has seen generations of students on the go! Its success is due above all to its very popular pricing policy: conveniently located just a stone's throw from Jean-Jaurès, it offers the chance to quench your thirst in a convivial atmosphere, with a Happy Hour that's all the rage, as each evening has its own theme. The setting is far from trendy, and the furnishings are rather sober and functional, but the atmosphere is rock'n'roll! And so is the music.
