The new restaurant opened its doors to much fanfare. An arrival that caused quite a stir. Every day, at lunchtime and in the evenings, the menu sublimates the products selected from committed producers and artisans. Gambas crudo is revisited. Beef sushi is colored with caviar grains. Evenings, from Thursday to Sunday, are filled with cocktails and fine wines. Drink in friendship and moderation.
