100% Occitan, supported by the Fasèm de Bruch association, this cultural café revisits tapas in Occitan style. Cheeses, sausages, vegetables and fruit come from short, local circuits, preferably labelled organic and ethical. For example, Topina works with the collective Oc per l'occitan, a group of producers concerned with maintaining the cultural specificity of their products. But at Topina, culture is not limited to the plate! Many activities around the Occitan language are organized: shows, conferences, aperitifs, concerts or even the broadcasting of rugby matches...
