Close to Rue des Lois, between the Capitole and Saint Sernin Basilica, discover the Barboer! Don't imagine finding a final neighborhood bar here: The Barboer is above all a micro-brewery that produces artisanal beer made in Toulouse! It owes its existence to participatory funding, proof that the people of Toulouse approve the initiative. In a quiet street and behind a storefront that doesn't pay for a mine, this bar welcomes you without chicks and offers you a wide range of delicacies and artisan cheeses to accompany your small foam. Better still: as microbrewery, the Barboer organizes workshops! In small committee (six people), you spend the day around the vats to learn to become an amateur brewer. Of course, you will recover, two to three weeks later, the beer you produced, bottled! Tasting workshops are also offered.
