He underwent a complete breakthrough when his new owner arrived a few five years ago and got black from walls to ceiling. But do you misunderstand! The atmosphere is nothing dark, since the Shiny Shiny anime toulouse evenings, thanks to a trendy musical atmosphere, quality beer in quantity, as well as plates to be tasted not far from zinc… At noon and early evening you will be éclairerez with the Shiny Shiny first rays: in choice and on slate, cheerful aperitif and/or traditional brasserie menu: mustard andouillette, tartar and its worcestershire sauce or whole magret, south-West side served with wine from country or Chile… But it is only then that the Shiny Shiny really animates, coming to the night in Toulouse: You will taste one of the dozens of beers selected for you, from Faro or the Delirium Thinnest to the Kriek by the Blanche des Neiges, unless you prefer a sangria, a T-Punch or a Mojito served.
