Mercure Saint-Georges revives the tradition of hotel bars. The Mahogany Club is open to all. At the counter, Mady and her shakers prepare no fewer than thirty cocktails to order, including many exclusive creations. Try L'art Madygnac: armagnac, apricot liqueur, peach juice and milk foam. Something new and 100% local. Or the more exotic Chili Litchee Martini: vodka, soho, Laotian chili, litchee purée! The clever icing on the cocktail cake: when the weather's nice, you can enjoy it on the terrace beside a swim lane!
