JOE'S CORNER
At the end of 2016, lovers of the Toulouse letters had the great surprise of discovering, on the ground floor of the Gibert bookstore, a new layout: It's Joe's Corner! This very small coffee, which installs a nice terrace in summer, receives you at the opening hours of the bookstore for your halts between two literary finds. A coffee break? Yes, but not any coffee! The one roasted by the Burning of Filatiers, a reference Toulouse institution! A little hollow? Don't worry, Joe's Corner prepares home sandwiches, which vary over the seasons. Raclette, double bacon or vegetarian? Hot chocolate and homemade cookies await you throughout the day.
