This is the season for organic squash, here roasted for a long time to caramelize, and infused with spices and nutmeg. And to make sure we don't regret it, we're also tempted by a Magnum-style iced cube with a crunchy coating that conceals a blood orange jelly, dark chocolate mousse, rosemary cream and olive oil financier. Mmmmm!
