In the Saint-Etienne district, a fresh and colorful address, with wood here and there and industrial furniture. Ash is open for lunch and snacks. The menu is renewed daily. Desserts are a little less common than in other tea rooms. Revisited, often garnished with fantasy and very much influenced by the "Strawberry Shortcake" generation! Like Ash's Chacha, a charlotte (sic!) with madeleines and strawberries as garnish. The Napolitain with its vanilla-chocolate stripes. The Montebello, made entirely with pistachios and a few raspberries... Saturday is brunch!
