What better motto than to make people happy? On the Saint-Georges side of town, in a small street wisely tucked away in the shade, this café-grocery-snack bar was created by two childhood friends, Edith and Anaëlle. At Brûlé, all selected ingredients are of plant origin, mostly organic and local. And it's extremely good, as well as being committed. Specialty coffees, matcha, bissap, homemade lemonade or fruit juices, and delicious pancakes, pastries... The ideal way to try it all? Brunch from Wednesday to Sunday!
