PERLETTE GOÛTER

It's been over ten years since Perlette opened her first salon on Place de la Bourse. Since then, building on her success, she's been rolling out her delicacies in various parts of the city center. Now she's offering pastries and viennoiseries for snacks (and breakfast, why limit yourself?) at this new address near the Capitole, decked out in soft green, with tempting window displays featuring cakes, brownies, croissants, brioches, cinnamon rolls and the inevitable slice of vanilla flan. And as always, we're on the hunt for superfluous sugar!
