Peoples and Musics at the Cinema celebrate its nineteenth anniversary in 2018. And of course, it's arcane! This film festival honors people, ethnic groups and societies from here as well as their music. Thanks to its very rich programming, distributed in the city's main cultural centers, it is possible to travel very far and escape, while staying in Toulouse. A challenge made possible thanks to the Escambiar association!
