LE SPORT DONNE DES AILES

Every year, on the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, the ASPTT Sports Federation opens the doors of its clubs to women. Its aim is to enable them to discover the sports disciplines that it proposes. It is a national operation which in Toulouse manifests itself in the Jardin des Plantes, with numerous information stands and initiation. Whatever your taste and level, you can go to a suitable physical activity: Athletics, table tennis or self-defense, but also badminton, Tahitian dance, zumba, Nordic walking, qi gong… A convivial and friendly rendez-vous that does not leave children, with sports awakening courses or clown workshops! A good opportunity to discover and adopt the sports practice that suits you.
