SOCIÉTÉ D'ASTRONOMIE POPULAIRE
Since its foundation in 1910, the Société d'Astronomie Populaire has been based at the Jolimont Observatory. Lovers of constellations and planets, instruments such as the meridian telescope or Foucault's pendulum can take part in visits and conferences. They will be received by members every Friday evening at 9 pm to evoke the evening sky. Very active, the SAP is involved in the Night of Stars or the Science Festival, heritage days and other events of a scientific nature in partnership with the town hall or the Cité de l'Espace.
