The Castan House famous for its chocolates opens the doors of its workshop to the greedy, one Saturday a month. Mr. Castan thus transmits his Technique and Know-how to groups of three to six people. Every apprentice babe learns to make truffles, orangettes like ganaches… and many other delicacies! Mr. Castan formed his course around utensils that everyone can find at home! The idea is to be able to reuse his know-how once returned home! But there is no need to wait to taste: as soon as the course is completed, each participant leaves with the chocolate delicacies he himself from. The plans and novelties are listed on the website.
