Well, from now on, you'll be singing along as you put into practice all the tips and tricks you've learned at Labo&Gato to make a success of... your cake. As well as training you in the chefs' tricks of the trade when it comes to crème aérienne, dacquoise and praliné feuillantine, the workshop provides all the equipment you need to make your own preparations (molds, siphons, pastry bags and sleeves...) as well as ingredients and food products (gelatins, baking powder, colorants, chocolate tablets...). Check online registrations regularly, as courses are very busy!
