MYFEELBACK
Winner of the EDF Occitanie competition in 2017, and a host of other awards before that, the Toulouse-based start-up MyFeelBack was created in 2011 by Stéphane Contrepois, Aurore Beugniez and Julien Hourrègue. The three young people have designed a software program that collects customer feedback through relevant and targeted questionnaires and instantly transforms these feedback into a source of business for companies. In short, MyFeelBack gives customers the opportunity to speak by e-mail, SMS, via a website or mobile application, and even directly at the structure's point of sale. The information collected in this way is used to build personalized marketing actions, adapted to each customer's profile. A solution that has already attracted large companies, such as Voyage Privé, Olympique Lyonnais, Hachette or OuiSNCF.
