LOUEZ SANS SOUCI

This aid scheme is intended for private owners who have had accommodation in the municipality of Toulouse that has remained vacant for a year and who undertake to rent their property to low income households. This allows owners the renovation of their heritage property, the collection of rent, the possibility of délèguer rental management, the accumulation and advance of subsidies, the benefit of tax advantage,… In the form of an advance of work to the owners (10 000 € per lodging, repayable without interest and guarantee), this aid complements those granted by the National Agency for the Habitat Improvement, the General Interest Program (P.I.G.) or the General Council.
