TRAJECTOIRE VERS L'EMPLOI
Trajectoire vers l'emploi is an association whose aim is to support jobseekers on their path to sustainable professional integration. The members of the association are experienced employees or former professionals, some fifty in all, who become "godfathers" to job-seekers, providing them with individualized support. Workshops are organized on a regular basis to create practical situations that can be useful to all, on topics such as stress management, job interviews, networking and self-confidence. Exchange and sharing are the basis of this springboard to employment, for the two hundred or so "godchildren" welcomed each year.
