The Toulouse Sound Library is one of the 120 libraries in the Voice Donors association. It was created in 1976 and offers people visually impaired books to listen rather than read, thanks to the participation of readers who register books that are then proposed on the network. A paper catalogue is available for audio readers, but there is also a computer catalogue. If a book is not available, it can be loaned by another library of the network or recorded by audio reader.
