LES ARÔMES

Les Arômes is a new program launched by Kaufman and Broad, close to the quarter, not far from the shops and school, sports and cultural infrastructures. Delivery date is scheduled for the second quarter of 2014. The residence hosts apartments from the T 2 to the T 4 duplex, open on terraces or large balconies. In September 2012 there were still many housing units: between 160 500 and 44 m ² between EUR 183 500 and EUR 302 500, three pieces of 60, 61, 62, 64, 66, 67, 71, 79, 81 or 86 m ² for a price of between EUR 207 500 and EUR 242 500 and a four-fold room from 77 m ² to 43 euros.
