NOUVEAU LOGIS MERIDIONAL

The New South Logis is a social lessor, backed by the NIS group, a subsidiary of the deposit fund, and the first French real estate group of general interest. It manages approximately 300 000 rental units in the territory. It is at the service of local habitat policies conducted by local authorities and the state in the Midi-Pyrénées region. Its activities include areas of urban planning, the construction and management of rental housing housing, social accession to property and housing insertion.
