La Case de Santé is a neighbourhood centre open to everyone, whatever their social condition. A multidisciplinary team is in charge of offering its services according to four well-defined poles. Reception and access to care with the help of social workers and psychologists. Primary care provided mainly by nurses and general practitioners. The other two poles concern medical and social prevention and health promotion. The idea is to consider health from a global point of view, without losing sight of the inequalities and fragilities of the public.
