HÔPITAL RANGUEIL

Another major pole of the CHU in Toulouse, with Purpan Hospital, Rangueil Hospital is located close to Paul Sabatier's university campus. It brings together many adult medical and surgical disciplines, supports hospitalization mainly for short stays, and provides 24-hour emergency reception. It deploys 26 operating rooms and benefits from efficient medical imaging equipment: MRI, scanners, vascular tables, angioedema… In addition, it houses four of the biology laboratories of the Toulouse CHU and its technical shelf provides a variety of functional explorations: respiratory, kidney, metabolic, sensory and motor… The Rangueil hospital also hosts units of the Inserm and the CNRS, and specific structures such as the organ transplant unit, plastic surgery and burns, as well as the Institute of Medicine and Space Physiology (MEDES).
