In 2019, this beautiful association will celebrate its 25th anniversary! Initially, its ambition was to create links to promote home care for the elderly and support people with disabilities in their daily lives. Remaining true to its original spirit, Trait d'Union is now an organized structure whose activities are divided into three segments. The home help is always at the heart of the action, with household chores, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, administrative assistance, but also listening and dialogue.
