While the idea of going to Carcassonne is a nice one, not sure it warrants a full day excursion. We got there around 11 am and weren't even directed on where to go. We just kind of followed the masses and hoped for the best. You enter the city first which is just a bunch of shops selling the same things and restaurants. The castle is what everyone is there for. If you have mobility issues of any kind, then please don't visit the castle. The stairs are steep and floors are uneven. The majority of it is open to the elements, so if you visit on a rainy windy day, you won't enjoy it. If you're looking for a traditional castle with decorated rooms, then you'll want to skip this.
The day tour could have been cut down by an hour or so. The 5.5 hours is too long. As previously stated, you're dropped off just before 11am and told to be back at the drop off point at 16:15 for a 16:30 departure. They could cut it by an hour, as most people were just sitting around waiting. There was no commentary on the bus trip, so don't expect a brief history of where you're going.

A relaxing way to visit Albi and Cordes-sur-Ciel. A good amount of time in each place to visit the sites of one's choosing independently. Good organization and à safe driver. We really enjoyed our day! Thank you for providing this service !

My kind of tour. They just provide transportation and a map. There was plenty of time to see everything. It made seeing both towns without a car doable. It was a very nice way to spend a day.

Nous avons pris le bus un dimanche et nous étions 4 personnes en total dans le bus. Le conducteur était désagréable et ça se voyait qu'il était pressé. En effet, mon copain est allé se garer et il n'a meme pas voulu lattendre 5 minutes. Du coups nous sommes partis sans lui. Aucun remboursement nous a été proposé. Le chauffeur nous a dit qu'il pourrait s'arrêter devant un metro pour quil puisse nous rehoindre mais il ne l'a pas fait. Le conducteur dépassait la limitation de vitesse de 30km/h. Il conduisait tellement vite que l'audio guide n'avait même pas le temps de finir ses phrases. Au lieu de durer une heure ça a duré 39 minutes exactement. Le bus passe par des parties de Toulouse qui ne sont pas du tout intéressantes comme la zone résidentielle du canal du Midi ou les minimes. C'est très cher pour ce que c'est. Je ne le referrais pas.
