The church Notre-Dame du Taur has been erected at the end of the Middle Ages, on the location where the grave of Saint Saturnin lies. It is easily spotted on the right from the place du Capitole to the Basilica of Saint-Sernin. You must observe the representation of the martyrdom of Saint Saturnin, near the portal. We will also note the church's triangular coat and its wall wall.

Otra de los lugares visitados en la ciudad fue recorriendo la calle Taur, fuimos a visitar la Iglesia de Notre-Dame de Taur, que está vinculada al martirio de San Saturnino por los romanos. Fue atado a un toro que los arrastro a través de la ciudad antigua, recorriendo la vía romana. Esta iglesia de Notre-Dame du Taur se edificó donde, según la leyenda, el cuerpo del mártir se separó del toro que lo arrastraba al romperse la cuerda.. En el altar mayor se ve plasmado un gran fresco dorado la historia del martirio del santo. La iglesia es muy austera. Venera una Virgen Negra, Notre-Dame du Rempart, que está vestida de brocado.
