Built in the th century, the brick mill of Saint-Martin-du-Touch was taken over by the city hall of Toulouse ten years ago. He life after more than 180 years of abandonment, thanks to the persistence of neighbourhood associations. It must be said that this windmill is the last in the territory of Toulouse, visible since the entrance of Saint-Martin-du-Touch! It is all the more interesting that its structure was completely restored in 2009.
