Museum retracing the history of Toulouse through various collections of objects, paintings and reconstructions.

The Musée du Vieux-Toulouse opens its doors thanks to the Toulousains de Toulouse, a society dedicated to the defense of the region's heritage. Housed in a Renaissance townhouse, its collections of objects and paintings retrace the past of the pink city. Visitors move from one room to the next, from Antiquity to the 21st century. Amphoras, ceramics, posters, portraits of the Capitouls, 18th-century earthenware, regional pottery, traditional costumes... An excellent introduction to the city's popular traditions.

Un cadre extra et une visite guidée pleine d´intérêt! 2h de culture de la ville, du Sud Ouest et d´angles de vue intéressants. A visiter avec le guide sympathique et généreux!

Название не соответствует содержанию музея. Это музей в котором можно увидеть типичную планировку богатого дома Тулузы и от части типичные для такого дома предметы обихода 18 - 20 веков. Есть и оригиналы артефакты : например сбруя для двух мулов. Висит на стене. Смотрится оригинально и друзей можно позабавить вопросом: кто догадается что это? Главный минус - Аудио гида нет. Без экскурсии не интересно. Аудио гид изменил бы впечатление о музее.

J'ai adoré visiter ce musée. L'histoire de la ville est assez intéressante et j'ai eu la possibilité d'avoir la visite guidée où l'on m'a présenté les faits les plus pertinents et intéressants. Je recommande la visite à 100%. En plus les personnes qui m'ont accueilli et accompagné ont été très sympathiques et serviables. Merci du Portugal! :)
