ROYAL GARDEN
Garden with varied and exotic species such as the cedar of Lebanon, the Osage orange tree, the micocoulier, the ginkgo biloba..
Built by Louis de Mondran in the 17th century according to a French plan, the Jardin Royal was transformed into an English garden in the 19th century. It is easy to visit from the Grand Rond garden: a small footbridge overhangs the traffic lanes. Designated a Remarkable Garden of France, it is home to a variety of exotic species: cedar of Lebanon, Osage orange tree, hackberry tree, ginkgo biloba, tulip tree... Very picturesque, it offers a romantic setting for lovers with beautiful wrought iron street furniture. Children have fun with the small duck pond. It is here that you will find the statue dedicated to Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

Proche de chez moi, c'est toujours un plaisir de s'y rendre.
Il est aussi possible d'y faire du compostage au milieu.
Son point d'eau avec sa "grotte" est agréable.
Un jardin plus intimiste que ses grands frères.
