In the family of historic Toulouse houses, I ask.... the roaster! Bacquié set up his own company near the Victor Hugo market in 1896! Since then, its success has never wavered. It's one of the city's finest delicatessens. You can tell by the delicate aroma of freshly-roasted coffee, the grocery-brûlerie offers the finest vintages of Arabica coffee, but not only. In addition to coffee and 180 varieties of tea from the most famous houses, you'll find preserves, quality regional products to accompany fine wines, gourmet products that make you want to taste everything!
