As the name suggests, La Canarderie specializes in fattened duck, the king of the South-West. Connoisseurs will appreciate the diversity of products on offer: foie gras with figs, trio of foies gras, whole foie gras with truffles or black salt and Sichuan pepper... Commerçant toujours garé avec le véhicule dépassant énormément sur la piste cyclable devant son magasin, n’hésitant pas à insulter les cyclistes qui veulent utiliser cette piste et qui s’en plaignent.
