As the name suggests, La Canarderie specializes in fattened duck, the king of the South-West. Connoisseurs will appreciate the diversity of products on offer: foie gras with figs, trio of foies gras, whole foie gras with truffles or black salt and Sichuan pepper... As you can guess from the name, this place has everything made of duck. We got some dried duck skin, duck saucisson, fresh foie gras flavored with piment and fleure de sel and dried magret. Everything taste great!
