In 1984, passionate Pyrenean producers came together to create Saveurs des Pyrénées. A few years later, seven of these lovers of the land came together under the name of Artisans Pyrénéens to create a specific assortment, designed with products produced throughout the Pyrenean chain. The specifications are strict: proximity, artisanal quality, support for small producers. On the menu, honey from the Ariège mountains, jams cooked in a cauldron, trout from the gave, Basque pâtés, soups and vegetables from Navarre, condiments and Espelette chilli pepper...
