CHEZ CE CHER SERGE
Serge Atia is a militant and repeat entrepreneur. After having created, at the beginning of the 2000s, a company intended to distribute organic products in the collective catering industry, this Toulouse native embarked in 2016 on a new project, always in line with his personal convictions. "Chez ce cher Serge" is thus a brand of snackings that do good to morale and respect a morality in three dogmas: good, organic and local. The recipes are made from French ingredients, found at the producers closest to the Toulouse factory. Flour, for example, "grows" in wheat fields only about 60 kilometres from the pink city. The range is available in sweet and savoury versions: tasty chocolate chip shortbreads, multigrains or lemon/linseed for snacks and snacks; crispy sesame and comté, rosemary and thyme, pepper and Espelette pepper cookies for twisting aperitifs; and some small snacks for snacking: marshmallows and chocolate popcorn beads. With no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, "Chez ce cher Serge" snacks are offered at "fair" prices to make organic and good food accessible to everyone.
