It is therefore particularly committed to the origin of fish and seafood all costs it offers to its customers, starting with its oyster suppliers, to take or to eat on site! Examples include André-Gilles Taillepied and his Spéciales, Pierre-Marie Barrau and his Marenne Oléron, Yvon Madec and his North Brittany, and of course Gillardeau! Pascal Bellocq always pays attention to the fact that his products do not come from a breeding or a big trawler. It's one of the best'in Toulouse, and it's been for more than years! Now, on Saturday and Sunday, from until, at the time of the aperitif you can taste oysters, shrimps, smoked salmon, bulots, cooked meals, freshness and sorted on the part by our expert!
