It is therefore particularly committed to the origin of fish and seafood all costs it offers to its customers, starting with its oyster suppliers, to take or to eat on site! Pascal Bellocq always pays attention to the fact that his products do not come from a breeding or a big trawler. It's one of the best'in Toulouse, and it's been for more than years!
