In February 2000, Damien and Heleh Fressinaud founded La Halle aux Pains when their daughter Chloé was just 6 months old. Twenty years later, Chloé joins her parents and continues their initial determination to produce only high-quality products, with a shift in 2017 to exclusively organic bread production. Everything here is beautiful and tasty, from pastries and breads to cookies and viennoiseries. And it's now possible to order online!
