LA CASA DE PORTUGAL
Baccalà, pasteis de nata, vinho verde... Names that rhyme with Fado and Porto. A culinary stall that puts Portugal in the spotlight. Smiles and good cheer in this Victor Hugo market stall, which offers all the traditional products of Lusitanian gastronomy: cod, of course, caught in Iceland and bought directly from Nazaré, dried and salted or cooked in fritters, cured meats and cheeses with assortments of chorizo and queijo da serra (the famous melting cheese), groceries and, for certain holidays, calendrical cookies and pastries! Just like the locals, the products are authentic and verdadeiros (real). A guaranteed change of scenery!
