For ten years now, Florence Grimm has been making her dreams come true, while delighting her customers in the process! Her Épicerie Moderne has won over many, with products carefully chosen for their high quality. She regularly works with the same producers and follows the same brands: Jacques Barthouil in the Landes for smoked salmon, tarama and duck, Infinite for Pyrenean caviar, Olivier Roellinger for spices and gourmet boxes, Castelas olive oils... My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting this shop on our vacation, and the housemade gravalax was so incredibly delicious that we went back for more. I still dream of it and hope I am able to visit again in the future. The shop owner is helpful and kind, and we enjoyed meeting her.
