Nicolas and Olivier are two wine merchants who are passionate about their trade, and are based in the busiest street in the Saint-Aubin district. Don't hesitate to visit them because they are keen to share the small vineyards they have found. On their wise advice, taste organic or biodynamic wines, i.e. wines made in an ecological way to optimize the natural exchanges between plants and their environment, in order to collect the best expression of the terroir. In addition to the numerous wine references, Enoteca offers beers, cognacs, whiskies, armagnacs and rums.
