This is a most atypical and authentic wine cellar led by a young enthusiast, who puts on quality wines, sometimes unknown but always excellent. Here, we don't hesitate to take small producers and test new ones to find bottles that come out of the ordinary, around Toulouse, following the Garonne, near the Mediterranean and far beyond. The name of the sign comes from an expression dating back to the seventeenth century, which meant good wine. A pretty wink to tradition.
