The ducks are raised and force-fed by the cooperators. They are raised in the open air for at least thirteen weeks, which gives their meat an unbeatable taste and texture. Discover a tasty range, with authentic tastes, of traditional products from the cutting up of the fattened duck: preserved whole duck foie gras, duck foie gras specialities with fruit, rillettes and other terrines, duck without liver... Notice to all amateurs! Delivery is made to the restaurant Le Garde-Manger, in the town centre, every week.

I of course took advantage of this to taste some of their " produits".
