Here you will find only luxury knives. The Rolls of the knives! Tristan Lassere forges and assembles only custom-made knives. He is one of the specialists in Damascus steel in Laguiole and handles from exotic and local woods (pistachio, elm, boxwood...). He presents his production, not in his shop, but in the Taureau brewery and at Auguy. His blades are also visible on his website. Only top of the range.
