Led since 2005 by Philippe Cauvinis and his wife Diane, women's depositary in the history of the field, Colombière has revised its philosophy of vineyard behaviour by opting for biodynamie. But the saga initiated by Baron François de Driesen, the father of the current owner, did not stop in 2005 and the vines, for some very old, continue to write the history of the Colombière. By referring to this plant heritage, it is of course tempting to highlight the local ambassador, the noirette vine, and the phare phare. Beware, this fine greed may make you noirette-addict. Let us not forget our pleasure: besides the silky, the fruity, the amplitude of this wine, it would be foolish to silence its price, 7,40 €, or one of the excellent quality-price ratios of the region. For the most careful, a cottage makes it possible to enjoy the benefits of the Colombière.
