Nous vous remercions pour votre avis, navrée que vous ayez trouvé le service un peu long, mais comme vous avez pu le constater nous étions en pleine formation de notre nouvelle apprentie qui est porteuse d'handicap et il est vrai que cela nous a demandé un peu plus de temps sur le service.
