Isabelle, Philippe Goettlé and the whole Steinmuehl team work with talent in this magnificent building, whose interior is decorated with wood panelling, typical Alsatian chairs and kelsch tablecloths. The Stienmuehl restaurant offers traditional tartes flambées and excellent Alsatian specialties, not to mention its attractive formulas, theme evenings and affordable daily specials. The presentation is beautiful, the proportions generous and the service pleasant and smiling, attentive without overdoing it.
