Their cuisine, based on local produce, combines traditional recipes with a touch of creativity. Marie-Laure likes to prepare duck (confit, foie gras), organic leg of lamb with garlic cream, and free-range chicken. Most of the vegetables for the pan-fried dishes come from her own garden.
