This hostel is a real legend in the valley and take place in the tourist menu. Laurent Saint-Martin is one of those exceptional chefs who draw on the land for the réenchanter and it is in a magnificent establishment that its delights await you. In the summer, the terrace is assaut, as the view is magistrale, just think of reserving and specifying that you want to enjoy it too. The map is of the same size and know-how at the height, the specialties are developed with fresh products, selected among the best local producers: farm meat, black pork, Bigorre, fatty ducks and fario trout provide exceptional dishes. The garbure is eaten according to tradition, first in soup and then flat, it is anthology with its pig and duck conflict, stuffed necks, tarbais beans and ses vegetables. It is a real gastronomic table: to detail the vast proposals would be forgotten, but from risotto to gambas and ceps by the squab stuffed with cabbage and foie gras, the festival is an appointment. We are not far from excellence! Still some efforts and starred reward will be awarded this establishment, but if some inspectors of the renowned culinary guides had suddenly made stopover in this pretty village of Arcizans-before.
This family restaurant has everything to please.
First of all, its location, in the heart of the small village, and its if shady terrace.
But first of all, the pleasure is in our plates. The menu is varied and the cuisine made of Master hand. It can enchant you.
Cooking is confident and artistic presentation of every dish is a pleasure for the eyes.
This day happiness total around a was sweetbreads braised and its small reduced juice, carrot mashed potatoes and potato. Perfect and tasty. (see photos).
Hake has Spanish and risotto. Hummm.
One flawless. The reception and service are friendly, courteous and professional.
