The story of La table d'Ayzi is a beautiful one, offering only local products with a lot of generosity and taste in the plate.
La Table d'Ayzi is the story of two farmers, Alain and Yan Izans, fervent locavores, who decided to open their own restaurant. With Camille, they only work with products from the farm, without any intermediary. From the chopped steak to the tournedos, the meats are organic, the charcuterie artisanal, the foie gras homemade, the fresh vegetables from Tarbes, the bread from the local baker, the ewe's milk cheese from the valley... No fuss in the presentation, but generous portions and frank flavors. The atmosphere is friendly and the service efficient.
